How to Set Priorities for your Wood Business by Steve Larosiliere

How do you set your priorities? Simply put, what you need the most at that moment is your priority. If you lack priorities, it prevents you from moving forward. You’ll feel anxious and you may find yourself overwhelmed by even the simple parts of running your business.

Getting your priorities in order is about continually assessing what you need at the moment. If you lack clients then you need to focus on getting them and if you do have clients then you need to focus on finishing the projects with them. Building trust and relationships through communication, sending documentation, and getting testimonials and social proof to gain more followers.

If you think your shop is a mess, then you need to focus on organization because that’s going to make you more efficient. If you lack tools then you need to invest in the things you need to make your business successful.
