How to Update Company Info in the Acres of Timber CRM

We talk a lot about having the right tools for both the workshop and back office of your wood business. The key to efficiency, however, is knowing how to use those tools to their full advantage. With this series, we will go through each feature of the Acres of Timber CRM on a bi-monthly basis and make sure that every Woodpreneur is on track to get the most out of this extremely robust software.

 

 

Hey everyone, welcome to another Acres of Timber CRM tutorial. Today we are going to be talking about how to update your company information.

 

To do this, all you need to do is head to the left-hand side menu and go to Settings. And if you’ve got it collapsed, it’ll just look like the gear or you can hit the arrow to expand it. Once you’re under here, you’re going to head over to the company tab. And this is how you can update your company information.

 

You can update your logo, change your name and email, phone number, and website. This is also where you control your voicemail settings. Do note this is the voicemail for the entire account. If you want individual voicemails for team members, that is under the team management settings, and there is another tutorial about that as well. So if you need that, just take a look and we’ll walk you through.

 

You can also update your company address and you can set specific contact specifications as well.
