“I think the way growth can work and I think the way it should work, is you take aspects from every experience you’ve had. And I say aspects as in good and bad. Being in construction so long. You know, you learn the struggles, you learn the advantages, you learn all of the stuff that you kind of work through, to make stuff happen, that you got to do what you got to do. So, I’ve definitely learned a lot through my parents business, but I’ve also learned a lot of what not to do.”
